**This is a hybrid position that will work in our Charlotte, NC office at least once a week**

Front End UI Developer Compensation:
Base annual salary range: $85,000
Annual Bonus Potential: maximum 10% of annual base salary, prorated from date of hire and subject to terms and conditions
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code using C# with MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications.
- Familiar with SQL and Blazor.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development and design.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of our digital products' user experiences.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience Required: 2+ years of development experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): The position requires knowledge of the following technologies:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, C#, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (Bootstrap and Blazor)
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Project Management department and other areas of the business as they are our primary users.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects / tasks.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of back-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
